We all know how hard it is to lose weight, but simply watching carb, dairy, candy and alcohol intake can contribute to weight loss! Simply be mindful of what you're putting in your mouth and try to eat less cus we all know how difficult it is to cut out all those things we love completely. Also, try becoming more active when possible. If u can walk to the store instead of driving, or can take the stairs instead of an elevator, do it!
